Skillie-Vee ("we", "us", "our") is a product of Hustle Muscle LLP. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and their families. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide our services:

• Email address for account creation and login
• Child's first name (optional, provided by the parent) to personalize the in-app experience
• Child's age range (e.g. 0 to 3, 3 to 5, 6 to 8, or 9+) selected by the parent to tailor content to the child's developmental stage
• Parent's skill preferences (e.g. emotional intelligence, critical thinking, financial literacy) to customize the learning experience
• Game progress and activity data such as levels completed, scores, and skills practiced
• Analytics events via Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and improve the experience
• Push notification preferences if you opt in to receive notifications about new content, features, or learning reminders

2. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect the child's exact age, date of birth, or any precise personal identifiers. We only collect a broad age range selected by the parent.
• We do not collect photos, videos, or voice recordings
• We do not enable social features, messaging, or user-to-user communication
• We do not serve behavioral advertising or share data with advertisers

3. COPPA Compliance

Skillie-Vee is designed for use by children under the supervision of a parent or caregiver. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

• No personal data is collected from children beyond an optional first name provided by the parent
• No behavioral advertising is served to children
• No social or interactive features are available that would allow children to share personal information
• Parents can review, modify, or delete their child's data at any time by contacting us

4. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your account
• To personalize your child's experience within the app
• To track game progress and skill development
• To improve our products based on aggregate usage patterns
• To communicate important updates about the service
• To send push notifications if you have opted in (you can disable notifications at any time in your device settings)

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our app:

• Firebase Analytics (by Google) for anonymous usage analytics. Firebase may collect device identifiers and usage data. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Supabase for authentication and data storage. User data is stored securely on Supabase servers. See Supabase Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with any other third parties.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the app (Settings > Delete Account). You can also request deletion by emailing us. Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Parental Rights

Parents and legal guardians have the right to:

• Review the personal data we have collected about their child
• Request correction of any inaccurate data
• Request deletion of their child's data
• Refuse further collection or use of their child's data
