Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Skillie-Vee website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Hustle Muscle LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Skillie-Vee provides educational games, content, and apps designed for children ages 2 to 12, intended for use under the supervision of a parent or caregiver. You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Ensure that any child using the Service does so under appropriate adult supervision
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are a parent or legal guardian of any child who will use the Service through your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2a. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using either of the following methods:

• Use the Delete Account button within the app (Settings > Delete Account)
• Send an email to llphustlemuscle@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account"

Upon deletion, all personal data including your child's profile, game progress, and preferences will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action is irreversible.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. If you purchase a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store through which you purchased the subscription

4. Intellectual Property

All content, characters, designs, trademarks, and materials available through the Service are the property of Hustle Muscle LLP or its licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Skillie-Vee™ name, logo, and brand identity
• All animal characters and their associated designs, names, and stories
• Game mechanics, curriculum content, and educational materials
• App designs, illustrations, animations, and audiovisual content

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

5. User Content

To the extent you provide any content through the Service (such as feedback or suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such content into our products and services.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, unlawful, or objectionable content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Skillie-Vee is an educational tool and does not replace professional advice from educators, therapists, or healthcare providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hustle Muscle LLP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hustle Muscle LLP from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
